Question : Do you offer EXPRESS shipping?

Yes, If you need Karaoke Superstar 4 DVD package urgently, order the express 2-day delivery option. It will take about 2-3 working days for your package to arrive (US orders). For International orders, it will take 4-7 days. Order express delivery now >>

Question : Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship to any part of the world (except S.E Asia) for a flat rate fee of $7.00. This is already included as a total price for your order. Please see pages on Shipping and Handling as well as Terms and Conditions

Question : Will It work on my DVD Player or "XXX" Karaoke Machine?

These DVDs will work on any regular DVD player or your computer too. It is region free and it will work in any region. If you karaoke machine or system is able to play DVDs, then it will also be able to play the Karaoke Superstar DVD

Question : Are these original singers or original songs?

The karaoke tracks are very close to original sound. Due to licensing issues, these are not the original songs. However, they are definitely not midi sounds. All tracks are meticulously recorded in a professional studio and it will pass a "blind test".

Do karaoke songs come with background video or images?

Some tracks come with background video but most tracks come with a basic background color image and lyrics.

Due to the immense collection of songs, it is not possible to include MTV videos for all the tracks. We think it offers more value to include more songs in the package as compared to a reduced number offering video backgrounds

Are these background voices/vocals singing to the tracks?

The short answer is: Yes and no.

The karaoke tracks are meant for pure karaoke purposes and as such, there are no voices singing along to the music. It defeats the purpose of karaoke singing if there are vocals singing along with the music!

However, the tracks are professional recorded such that, for selected songs, there will be audible background vocals during certain sections of the music, (especially during the chorus).This is adds a sense of realism as it follows the original songs where backup singers enhances the main vocals during chorus sections.

It also provides you with a "live" singing environment so much so that you'd think you're actually singing with a real band.

Question : Do I get a discount if I purchase more than 1 set?

Yes. We offer a 50% discount off the price of the second set. The 2nd set will cost only $30. You can purchase 2 sets at only $97 by clicking here. (if you're interested in purchasing more than 2 sets, please contact us)

Having a second set of Karaoke Superstar DVDs means you can have a "backup" in the rare event that the main set fails. It also makes a great gift for any karaoke lovers.

Question : How secure is my order?

Your order is safe because this online transaction is 100% protected using a secure server. All information sent to "PayPal" is encrypted (using strong 128-bit encryption, sealed with Verisign) and is not disclosed to anyone, including myself. You do NOT require a PayPal account to purchase this. All major credit cards are accepted

Question : I live outside of the US. Will I be charged in US dollars or my country's currency?

When your order is processed, the banks will automatically determine your country's conversion rate against the price of the book in US dollar

Question : Can I pay by money order or check?

I apologize but we only accept credit cards or PayPal payments. This is to ensure that you'll get immediate shipment without the need to wait for cheques or money orders to clear or worrying about whether the payment is lost in the mail.
